City of Port Phillip

The City of Port Phillip required a redevelopment of their intranet that reflected a modern aesthetic and high level of usability.

In this project i was charged with developing the concept, creating valid XHTML/CSS templates and working with an exisiting CMS (and backend).

Mk1 was designed to showcase the flexibility of Reactive’s CMS cManager. The driving force of the project was to illustrate what was possible from the same backened for a variety of visual designs.

For this project i developed the concept and additionally created an artificial brand/indentity.

Oilsearch

Oil Search came to Reactive looking for a design that was corporate but modern. They wanted to reflect the changing nature of the company and show the variety of activities they were involved in.

Assisting Reactive’s Art Director, I extended on the concept created focussing on typography and vivid banner imagery to communicate the site’s needs.

Tesco Magazine

Tesco magazine is one of the UK’s most viewed publications. Working within the existing frame work of the magazine’s aesthetic Tesco wanted a magazine style layout as if the reader was viewing the printed magazine itself.

I was Involved in designing the article, layout and developing the CSS/XHTML templates.

This Air application was developed for an internal project at Reactive that was aimed at complimenting the existing CMS it sells.

Developing the UI, indentity and an Icon for the application, i was involved with all aesthetic and usability functions.

VB "Top ticket"

Working with Droga5, Reactive designed a flash campaign for VB’s summer promotion “Top Ticket”. As part of usability requirements, a fully functional HTML version of the site needed to be designed and developed. Additionally, an email campaign was also created.

My role involved designing this along with the development of HTML/CSS templates.

Reactive '08 Xmas card

In one of the most challenging projects i’ve worked on, the Reactive Christmas card was developed as a promotional piece for the company.

Involved from the very beginning, i was part of developing the concept, shooting a stop motion video, recording sound, editing video and adding visual effects.
